I can't begin to tell you how wonderful 2008 has been to us. We are proud to have God in our lives. We have, for the most part, good health and so much to be thankful for.
I have met so many new "friends" online. Since I am actually a homebody it has been good for me to 'meet' everyone. Thanks to all of you for taking the time to email me. I truly appreciate you kindness and words of encouragment.
So to all of you out there, welcome in 2009 with the courage to begin new creative ideas and to finish what you started in 2008!

Well, here it is 2009. Saw it come and an 2008 go out the same way, to bed early.
Am trying to get some items knitted for customers. Also tried an origami quilt square last night.Lots of fun. It looked ok and turned out to be a rose.
Want to get back to my rug braiding soon too. Too many crafts racing in my head, but not enough time to do them all in and still do the wifey things (cook and clean).
Our baby puppies are really growing. A week old today. Fun! Can't wait for their eyes and ears to open.
